Do I need a credit card?
No. Create an account and explore demo projects without entering payment details. Processing your own uploaded video requires paid AI credits.
Is this a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack, so there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days, and the unused share of a partly used pack too. Email support@aiclipper.video. See the refund policy for details.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account while it is open.
Do demo projects use credits?
No. Demo projects use generated footage and sample scores, so you can explore the workspace without spending AI credits.
What if an AI request fails?
Credits are reserved when a request is sent and returned automatically if the provider fails. Every request, refunded or not, stays visible in your usage ledger.
Can I use credits from an AI agent?
Yes. Agents connected through our MCP server use the same credits and limits as the web app.
What happens to my existing clips if I run out?
Existing clips, captions, covers, and transcripts remain available until you delete them. Only new AI requests pause. Original source video is still deleted 14 days after processing finishes.
