Acceptable Use Policy

aiclipper.video is a video editing tool for repurposing your own long-form videos. This policy explains what you may and may not do with it, including its AI features. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Only your own content

Only upload, link, or connect videos and channels that you created, own, or are licensed to repurpose. Before each project you confirm this, and we keep a record of that confirmation.

  • Do not use aiclipper.video as a downloader or ripper for other people’s videos, or to get around a platform’s download restrictions, paywalls, or technical protections.
  • Do not use it in a way that violates the terms of the platforms you link to or publish on, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Do not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

2. Prohibited content and output

You may not use aiclipper.video, including its AI features (clip selection, captions, translation, or dubbing), to create, process, or publish:

  • NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including nudity and sexualized imagery or text;
  • any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors;
  • content depicting or promoting violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism;
  • hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics;
  • deepfakes or deceptive edits: content that impersonates a real person, alters someone’s likeness or voice without their consent, or puts words in someone’s mouth, including misleading translations or dubbed audio;
  • misinformation intended to deceive, including fake news, election or health misinformation, fake quotes, or fake endorsements;
  • content promoting illegal activity, drugs, weapons, gambling, scams, or fraud;
  • spam, or content intended to manipulate platforms or audiences.

3. AI features and review

  • Cover headlines and any other text you type into our tools must follow the rules in section 2.
  • Do not try to get around these rules, for example by rewording, encoding, or splitting a prohibited request, or by instructing an AI agent to do so.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you publish it. If our tools produce something that breaks this policy, do not publish it, and please tell us at support@aiclipper.video.

4. Protecting the service

  • Do not bypass usage limits or credits, share accounts or agent tokens, or access other users’ data.
  • Do not probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or use it to attack other systems.
  • Do not resell the service or offer it to others as your own without our written permission.

5. Enforcement

We may block requests, remove content, suspend or close accounts, and revoke agent tokens that violate this policy, and we report content that sexually exploits minors to the relevant authorities. Credits or purchases are not refunded for accounts closed because of serious or repeated violations, except where the law requires it.
